In the dispensing process of automatic dispensing machine, due to high viscosity, it is especially easy to produce wire drawing, resulting in poor liquidity, serious wire drawing, affecting the appearance. So how do you solve this problem? Let's take a look.

If your company is very strict about product quality, think about it from a hardware perspective. Pipeline valves are equipped with special valves for high viscosity fluids, such as inlet screw valves. The viscosity value of the glue is provided to the manufacturer, who can help you provide the type of viscosity value to achieve the best dispensing effect. Of course, the price is relatively expensive for high viscosity screw valves, but it can help you solve the drawing problem.



In all kinds of operations of automatic dispensing machine, the following methods can be used to reduce or solve:

1, open the glue delay

When the glue head is opened, there is no glue between the glue outlet and the valve. If there is no glue between the distances, the rubber outlet opens and the movement will begin immediately, which will result in a short rest. Problems with the amount of glue formed by glue may lead to wire drawing. In order to prevent this, after opening the glue, there will be a delay for the glue to flow out before the subsequent distribution action.

2、Glue delay

After the rubber head is closed, there is still no rubber flow between the rubber mouth and the rubber valve. Glue trailing and wire drawing may occur if the glue head is moved immediately after closure. To prevent this from happening, after the glue head is closed, wait for a period of time for the glue to flow before performing subsequent distribution operations.

3、Drawing height

Due to the high viscosity of some glues (e.g., yellow glue, hot melt glue), the glue can be pulled out at a constant speed without damaging the glue track.

4、Lifting height

After the track is completed, move to the starting point of the next track, in order to prevent rubber head banging needle, glue is not beautiful, even pull the pole. At the end, raise the glue head high enough to ensure it is secure and does not touch the needle, then move to the start of the next track.

5、Close the glue ahead of time

In continuous track glue applications, the rubber head is closed before reaching the end point. The remaining track is completed with residual pressure and glue to stop the end of the pile and stretch.

6、End action

After the distribution of the entire teaching track is completed, in order to facilitate the taking and placing of the workpiece, improve the processing efficiency or eliminate the processing error, the glue head can be moved to the specified position, or the starting point to process the file, or the end of the processing file, or reset, or gear connection can also reduce the drawing problem caused by the processing error.

7、Tilt upwards and lift

Due to the viscosity of the glue, the direct drawing action after the glue is closed cannot reach the effect of the broken glue line, or the shape of the glue line does not meet the requirements. Therefore, after the glue head is closed, it is stayed in preparation for stretching, which can prevent stretching.

8、Glue heating

Dispenser manufacturers remind, you can try to heat the glue to the right temperature, increase the fluidity of the glue, from a certain sense to solve the problem of drawing. Be careful not to heat too much.
