It can burn and record three different packaging types of ICs: tube, tray, and reel. After the burning and recording process, the packaging can be changed. It has a marking function for indicating the completion of the burning and recording, which can be done by dotting or inkjet printing. Two high-definition CCDs are equipped, with accurate positioning. The tray packaging can achieve automatic feeding and collection of components. In case of any abnormal situation, it will automatically alarm. An optical positioning system is provided. All components are made of imported parts.
